Leupold GX-4 Rangefinder Details

Rugged aluminum body, vivid OLED display. Same line-of-sight measurement of GX-3 when chrome plate is attached. When Smart Key faceplate is attached, GX-4 provides accurate ranging information matched to personal striking distances to, based on slope of shot and atmospheric conditions. GX-4 will even suggest what club to use.

Smart Key:

Only rangefinder that converts from simple line-of-sight, rangefinder, to full coaching tool
When Chrome faceplate is attached, the GX-4 functions identically to the GX-3, displaying line-of-sight measurement to the pin or any object on the course
When Smart Key faceplate is attached advanced features like True Golf Range™ and Club Selector™ are activated

True Golf Range:

GX-2 uses sophisticated, algorithmic based software, in addition to temperature and altitude inputs, to tell you exactly how far you should play a shot

Club Selector:

Taking TGR a step further, the Club selector automatically recommends the appropriate club for each shot, indicating the distance between clubs
Enter striking distance for 3 specific clubs, the GX-2 will calculate the rest

Pinhunter & Prism Lock:

Precisely calibrated to fire a laser beam exactly at the target in the cross-hairs
Proprietary beam geometry improves laser returns from the pin and the advanced GX software accurately separates those returns from objects in the background
Prism lock for courses that use prism technology, GX will identify a prism-topped flag stick to give you and accurate distance

Optical System:

Fog Mode:

On courses using Prism technology, the GX will beep and display will freeze the moment you scan past a prism-topped flag stick assuring an accurate reading
